wherever two Jews come together,
the fate and ways of Russia they debate.

When heated discussion is on
and there`s no room for agreements
on any issue two Jews hold
three different opinions.

невольно вляпывался в них.

The prisoner of global destinies
in every corner of the world,
in the cobwebs of foreign histories
a Jew got trapped and got involved.

Но, чтоб от Бога по секрету,
свинину ест мудрец Иосиф
и громко хвалит рыбу эту.

Ignoring all the superstitions
But keeping secret from the God,
Yosef eats pork against tradition
Exclaiming: wow, this fish is good!

Всегда еврей легко везде заметен,
еврея слышно сразу от порога,
евреев очень мало на планете,
но каждого еврея - очень много.

 A Jew is noticed everywhere,
a Jew is heard right from the threshold.
Though on the planet Jews are rare,
Each single Jew is quite a lot of.

Везде, где есть цивилизация
и свет звезды планету греет,
есть обязательная нация
для роли тамошних евреев.

Where there is civilisation,          
light of life, ideas and views,
there`s a certain special nation
for the role of local Jews.

туман легенд развеяв:
евреям жить всего трудней
среди других евреев.

The mist of myth has finally gone
revealing the whole truth:
for Jews it is most hard to live
among the other Jews.
