Dagger in my heart

How will I manage to survive
With a dagger in my heart...
Guess I'm about to find out,
'Cause you're tearing me apart.

I don't struggle, what's the point,
Smashed and shattered to my core
I stand before you on my knees.
We've been through all this before...

Empty places, melted candles
And my nightmares coming true.
There's no fear just the pain,
Just the silver slicing through...

I search for answers in your eyes
As you're tearing me apart.
So, tell me, how do I survive
With a dagger in my heart...

Miss, survive is spelled with "u"; if you put "do' after how, then it is a question; furthermore, you can't say in English "I'm searching answers in your eyes" (search for/look for - preposition is necessary).
otherwise it is not bad- very romantic. Did you try poison or a sword?

You sound like a teacher))
And "do" here is used more for emphatic purposes than anything else.
If I used poison or a sword that would've been far too quick and I wouldn't have had the time to write this, now, would I?

Actually, I am professor of English language and literature, so forgive me for being professional. You still need a question mark there since it is not an emphatic construction. Good luck.
