One day, Lieutenant Rzhevsky fell in love with a lady playing the piano at the Krasnoyarsk Conservatory. The painter Vasily Surikov decided to draw it, but Kazimir Malevich beat him to it while Surikov was sketching. Pablo Picasso admired this work by Malevich.
And the Krasnoyarsk baritone Dmitry Hvorostovsky sang a wonderful song to the accompaniment of this piano.
