Midnight miracles

A bird slid through the sky,
I’m asking a butterfly to fly.
Little life trembles in my palms,
And stars fall into my arms.

I saved a tiny beauty,
It was my sacred duty.
The warm wind from my lips will touch,
I love this dark night very much.

Something rustled in the bush,
At first I thought it was an enemy ambush;
But then I glanced through the grass
And saw an amazing mess.

Deer horns in front of me arose,
Even someone’s black wet nose.
Eyes like two sapphires,
Shining and bright fires.

A big wolf walked next to him,
The deer looked so thin and slim.
I was going to save my friend,
But they turned out to be a band.

The evil wild beast changed instantly,
So he became gentle and friendly.
I was surprised very hard,
Midnight miracles start.
