Night Dreams Symbols

In white colonnade of birches,
In mid air, a falcon flies;
Forty suns burst my night tortures
Hiding visions from the eyes.

There, I follow three griffins,
With water lily in each paw;
I pass cygnets - they got stiffen -
Nine white stones, in their awe.

With bated breath, me, uncompleted,
Watch fen-fires on bog and lea.
What a whimsy! Badly treated,
Are dreams jeering on me?
