Your beloved is kissing you

Migrating clouds, stifled light,
Across the Moon the halo.

The tundra hugs the trailing paths,
The deer being seldom.

The night is sending you away
And kissing in the weather.

A gently touch of flakes to fall
A crystal cover shall weaver.

Beneath the rainbow hues of lights,
Aurora Borealis,

You flee ahead, as long as might
Your heart and spirit be tireless.

As dogs are dragging a sled to ends
Of the lowering edge of the heaven

Don’t go asleep. Don’t fall your hands,
A slumber will over have you!

Hey, hey… hey, hey…
The dogs will run

The Earth
until the ocean.

And your beloved,
Since you kissed her,

Is you already missing.
