My Dear Death
Jesus Christ!
Death is terrific! By the very fact, He sets us free from the gloom and failure of human misunderstanding.
Think a moment about how mighty lucky we are, there’s not only Life we live but Death as well.
If there were no Death, you would be an eternal prisoner of this unjust world, a captive of your imperfect body, a convict in this dungeon of spirit and common sense.
And good for you, thus you always have a way out, a hope to escape.
Or do you really think you want this sansara, this ever-running treadmill of fuss and never-ending senseless chores and polar cold and indifference from all these folks around who never care, this hamster wheel in which you keep on running as an exhausted hamster and can never stop?
Do you really think you would like to be born into this vale of tears, this ice desert of loneliness and eternal struggle, gainst your will and wish in order to serve others’ will and whims all your short life, as it was decided for you, before you and in spite of you?
Mortal, comprehend and accept it at last: you are Eternal Slave.
And it’s of no import, if you toil and moil like a galley slave or work as a white collar in an office, you are from the beginning to your last breath is not free, someone who plays a part written by others and forced upon you without your consent.
You are the Eternal Prisoner of your body, incarcerated in your flesh for life, handicapped by your impaired eyesight, hearing and understanding, limited by your skills and habits good for hitting buttons and taking what’s given to you with visibility of choice and freedom, which is apriori fake.
Encapsulated by fate in your frail body and chained to the ground by a thousand of animal instincts and habits that you have to daily service just to keep alive in your bit by bit dilapidating flesh, which you finally start to hate but have no courage to let go.
Eternal Student, in your schools and universities, forced upon you where they made you learn things you didn’t choose, which you gave no consent to and even hated but had no much say over, had to go with the flow.
(Interesting, who made you believe, you have got to learn all life long, especially things you didn’t feel like learning, but you had to?)
The Eternal Worker, in jobs and positions you mostly hated and had to do - or do you really believe this was you who voluntarily chose to go to them every morning and work your health off til dusk to get some chicken feed at the end of the month? Or didn’t you apply any violence gainst you making yourself go there and do it and do it again, like you were told, competing and running in this rat race to make them pat you on the back like a good boy?
You, born against your will and not in Sun City, living your short life in fear and struggle, trained to compete, you, Others’ Truths Loyal Holder, living your one and only short life not at your own will, and desire, and perspectives, but a life made up for you, not your life, not at your rules.
And this is your life. Your strange life, which never belonged to you, but you always thought it was yours and you lived it.
No, you didn’t.
And you may continue like you did till the end and then cling with your teeth to your dear life.
Or you may remember, there’s Death. Memento mori.
Remember and appreciate it.
Appreciate as Ultimate Riddance and Freedom from this vale of fear tears…
