Mellifluous Rainy Nights

Mellifluous Rainy Nights
 Hello

Shall not you sleep all night along
As rain is trotting on and on
To rave about cranky winds,
Sweeping away the dreams and leaves.

A nimbus dropping silver falls,
The vaguer seem the city stones;
The more alien and cold
They might be in this vintage world.

The bridges do resemble molds;
Beneath the sky - the crosses holds.
As if the whole universe
 Is sinking in this city verse…

The one so fortunate to have
A bed to sleep, and roof, and food
Will find oneself another mood.
Be fortunate to keep the track…

Over the time of stalking noise
The rain will sneak away, of course…
The tiny nightingales will sing:
You’ll hear mellifluous gentle whistle…
5.03.25
Be careful. And you.
