nothing but

kiss me
one more time
by the riverside
to the sounds of inbound waves
we'd stay there
surrounded by those giant rocks
embraced by each other's arms
so innocently
as if that's how it's supposed to be
I'd catch your little smirk
and bloom in smile myself
gently helping you to get off the rock
to keep walking carefree
talking about random shit
that I'd hold so dear
as my own private treasure

but then the bliss would come to its end

I'm awake again

surrounded by nothing but the pale walls
embraced by nothing but solitude
kissed by nothing but my own tears
