softly came the sound,
While hearts began to race anew.
The world stood still;
no words were found,
But in my soul, “I love you too!”
“Ti amo,” echoed loud and clear,
A love begun,
both strong and bright.
The sun shone warm,
the spring drew near,
Our fates entwined in morning light.
“Ti amo,” whispered,
pure and true,
As joy poured boundless,
wide and free.
A voice from heaven broke through too—
God heard our love across the sea.
“Ti amo! I love you!” we say,
In every language: love will stay.
