Love Unbroken

**English interpretation of the original poem 'Путеводная звезда'**

What could ever stand between,
The union of two faithful hearts?
What could dim the tender gleam,
That lives within their eyes?

Love is not true love,
When words alone can bind it near,
When a fleeting separation
Turns the warmth of blood to fear, the fire disappears.

Love surrounds us always, like light in silent skies,
No whispers break its fortress, no cruel days make it die.
It shines above, a beacon, a guiding, endless star,
It leads us through the tempests, the storms, no matter how far.

The days and nights will pass us by,
In countless streams of time,
The vigor of youth may fade,
And beauty lose its shine.

But love endures, it will not fall,
Its strength no ruin can defy.
For faithful hearts, it conquers all.
True love will never lie.

It burns, a flame we hold in hand,
It sings, a tune no heart can withstand.
And time, too weak to steal its grace,
It rises above fear, above the fight for space.

Love surrounds us always, like light in silent skies,
No fortune break its fortress, no cruel days make it die.
It shines above, a beacon, a guiding, endless star,
It leads us through the tempests,  no matter how far.

Nothing can divide the fate
Of two kindred souls.
Nothing can eclipse the flame
That in their eyes silently glows.

Love will never falter,
Love will never betray.
It walks beside us always,
And carries us away.

**Путеводная звезда**

Что может помешать слиянью двух родных сердец?
Что может омрачить сиянье нежных глаз?
Любовь не есть любовь, коль управляется чужими словами,
Коль от разлуки краткой остывает в жилах кровь, и гаснет пламя.

Любовь повсюду с нами, как свет в ночной тиши,
Её не сломят сплетни, не сломят злые дни.
Она на небе светит, как путеводная звезда,
Ведёт нас сквозь невзгоды, бури и года.

Проходят дни и ночи, и им не счесть конца,
И свежесть сил уйдёт, увянет красота лица.
Но есть любовь, - она крушений избегает,
Не изменяя любящим сердцам. Любовь не изменяет!
