House Sounds
From wooden wrinkles, a sound so rare.
The dreadful creaks, they break my peace,
They sneak right in, our warmth to seize.
An owl hooted, breaking dawn's glow,
Like a siren's wail, a warning low.
My villa dreams are now out of sight,
Now tension drives our home through the night.
The chair it creaks, my heart it shakes,
Life's rhythm beats, and never breaks.
House sounds at night, they softly sigh,
Secretly provoking our dreams to fly.
The owl with wings, the queen of night,
From tree to flat, in hurricane flight.
The sounds of the wings twist our heads,
And we dance in chaos, where laughter spreads.
In the bedroom, dear calls: 'Be still!'
'Let’s not change this wood, it’s all goodwill.
Just let the creaks be counted in time,
We’ll live in silence, framed so sublime.'
The chair it creaks, my heart it shakes,
Life's rhythm beats, and never breaks.
House sounds at night, they softly sigh,
Secretly provoking our dreams to fly.
