Threads
Each strand's a story, woven tight,
The glints of laughter, every moment -
The loom of dreams - both days and nights.
Once vibrant hues danced in the light,
The sparks of joy, echoes of pain.
Then time revealed what felt so right,
Yet left me nothing but the stain.
My finders shook, I tore the fabric,
A tapestry with lives I’d known;
Yet I believed some threads would stand this
And there shall be new seeds to sow.
The gold turned blue, the red went gray,
Yet i found beauty fared in threads.
In fade of colors there was light -
I realised, light never fades!
So I pulled my threads out and now,
I'm ready to unchain my heart.
And every single thread's a bliss
To redesign the life i've missed.
