Love declaration to my body

My dear body!

Your Soul and personality reaching out. Listen to me, please, talk to me, dear.

I want you to know – you are loved. I rarely tell you about it, forgive me.
Please, forgive me for being dissatisfied with you, for criticism, abuse and disrespect, consuming attitude towards you. For all suppressed emotions and resentments, dreads and anxieties, that got imprinted in you, because I felt myself so weak to live them right. All this time you have just been patiently reminding me of it with pain and discomfort.

I apologize for comparing you to other bodies, for the hardships and tribulations you had to endure while I wanted you to fit in society's beauty standards. I realize, how much you suffered from my doubts, fears, rejection, neglect, how much shame, guilt, and humiliation you were experiencing because of my uncertainty. Forgive my weakness, when I failed to defend our interests, protect us and our right to be the way God created us and intended us to be and live.

I'm so sorry for not paying attention to you, your signs and needs, for all the harm I caused you consciously or unconsciously. For you had to endure tons of pain of betrayal, when my attitude towards you was not worthy of you, unfair, exhausting. I apologize for it.

My beloved body! I'm sincerely grateful to you for what you've survived, still staying here with me, despite this, protecting me, supporting my personality, taking care of me, helping in my journey of life. For always being and yet remaining my best friend, my most honest, faithful and wise companion.

I appreciate you for the true, accurate signals you always send me to warn about dangers and show miracles, to help me choose, what is necessary for us. You back me up in communicating with different people on my way, revealing what's right in each life situation or difficulty.

Every morning I thank you for love, support and care, tune in to our secret language to feel and live each new day of ours in harmony and peace, joy and clarity, happiness and light. Before going to bed, I thank you for every wonderful moment we lived so far as successfully as possible for us in unity, as one close-knit team.

My dear body, I admit your significance and value for my Earthly life. I love everything about you, every pore, every cell, every wrinkle, every mole, even what people may mistakenly consider a flaw in you, in us. Respecting other people’s right to have own vision of the world and opinion, I fully and completely accept you as you are. You are a gift to me, my true friend, my defender, my guide in the Earthly world and in other Universes and Galaxies. I thank you.

And you know, I admire you as an amazing, unique system, a mechanism working with an astonishing clock precision. I thank you for being so strong, for becoming more and more healthy, energetic day by day, for this inexhaustible source of love you keep inside. You are a unique beauty, created in accordance with the Divine, Absolute order, and you are worthy of respect and sincere love.

I appreciate you for the magical chemical laboratory you are, continuously producing hormones, microelements needed, giving us the opportunity to experience our life on the Earth to the fullest of wonderful, participate in important events, savoring every moment. You guide me through life with such care and attention, suggesting the best possible scenario, creating opportunities for me to manage my life. I'm so grateful to you.

My dear friend, stay open to me, please, I need to feel you, your signs, the way you talk to me, we're blessed to speak the same language!

From now on, I treat you more carefully. I take on the obligation to pay more attention, to protect you the way you protect me, giving you comfort and safety, giving you what you need and ask for, to cherish you, bringing us joy. I promise from this exact moment on to show you more respect and love with no conditions, to provide healthy and tasty food for us as well as moderate physical activity for the muscle tone, to make my choices clean, using my Will Power.

My dear body, I ask you to help us heal and recover, replenishing all our energy storages during the day, when it's needed, and during sleep time. I ask you to promptly and efficiently process and filter all the information coming to us, all the energies manifesting nearby, allowing only what is safe, harmonious, useful for us and our development into our systems.

According to the Main Laws of the Universe and my Free Will Power from this moment on I announce myself as the only and rightful owner of my body, having the full control on it. With my Will I cancel all the damaging scenarios, programs and contracts with every hidden agreement to them, that were whenever and wherever signed by me.

I set my body free from violence, fears, manipulations, anxieties. All the emotional blocks, energy clamps, destructive emotions, including dread, anger, pain, despair, sacrifice, apathy, guilt, shame, doubt, irritation, all not my native programs, systems, structures, causing any kind of damage or distress to me and my body, manifested and not manifested, conscious and unconscious, hidden and temporary – immediately leave me and my body and return to their own sources or hosts.

Everything what belongs to me, what was previously blocked and suppressed by harmful, damaging influence, is now returning to me at once, purified to its original state. All my energies, my resources, my knowledge, my vision, my inspiration, my Will, my creativity, my true events succession, my items, codes and access keys, my strength, my light potential are returning to me and my body, evenly distributed throughout my body, bringing harmony and balance to all my inner structure.

New abilities for subtle feeling are revealed through my body now, my given and gained talents, opportunities open up inside me, manifesting in my body for even more successful and effective life, fulfilling my inherent potential.

I obtain the full responsibility for myself, my body, my life, my each choice. I take everything what happens to me as it is, realizing myself the cause of every consequence without fear, anxiety, guilt or shame. I am fully prepared to harmoniously experience the law of cause and consequence, taking responsibility for my Will manifestation and the choices of my life path. I choose life. I choose myself, my body, my energy, my health, my strength. For I am who I am, and this is my Will, manifested in my body, and my conscious choice.

My strong body, I fill you with attention, from the tips of my fingers to the top of my head, to the hair tips, immersing myself in you. I hear the measured rhythm of breathing, heartbeat. Each moment of life the energy of my attention flares up in every cell. Every conscientious cell in my body is lit up and full of energy and heals, renews, activates, blossoms, breathes and lives, creating necessary energies, microelements, vitamins, minerals for us, so that I can live and create my reality here and now.

I allow you to feel all the processes to the extent that you need, to experience emotions, to heal yourself, immediately getting rid of everything, that is not ours and not useful for us. I allow you to lead me, suggesting me the most harmonious and preferable way and solution, providing immediate answers to my questions through goosebumps, warmth, pulsations or other reactions that are only our secret language of trust and love, unity and friendship. Thank you for our communication, my dear body. I feel the energies of spaces and people around me better, I have an even better connection to myself, my subconscious, subtler with your help now.

Having an Absolute love for you, my dear body, we are a single harmonious, integral and structural system. Accepting all my system and structure completely as unique as I am, I give myself the freedom to be myself in Divine clarity and grace.

My dear body, I'm grateful to you.
I hear you. I feel you. I love you.
