I have a dream:
To cross a stream
And find myself a monotreme.
So sweet - no sting
Or anything,
A joy to feel, a song to sing,
A fantasy.
It's all I see,
And now the time is right for me
To wear a smile
(It's worth the while)
And swim along another mile -
A fairy tale
Of epic scale.
And even if I'm doomed to fail,
No need to groan
(Although I'm prone
To monologues in monotone):
A single dream
Can reign supreme.
Time to embrace your monodream
And welcome into your abode
An antipode.
