Strange fact:
More worse: 2021-1986=35 years back,
lots witnesses (boys about 9-10-11) were died,
having so short lives as witnesses UFO in Voronezh in 1986

We need to realise this to make safety recommandations

Boiler: dripping where the cold pipe is.
I sent an email to the manager and the Landlord.
There is no response from them yet.
The boiler was manufactured and installed in 2012.
While I have been living here for 10 years +,
there has not been such an incident with the boiler.
Bathroom.
The rounded joint of the pipes "letter C" is concave,
the jumper adapter:
water began to drip from the pipe with hot water,
it is composite with a piece and connections of different pipes.
It's strange: both the pipes with cold water and the pipe with hot water
are "crying", dripping.
The neighbors in front of the pipe in the house had everything changed to new ones.
They didn't change it in our houses.
I am not a locksmith or a plumber to understand

I saw it quite a long time ago, 2-3-4 years ago.
A white mist emerged from the wall and moved through the door from the kitchen.
The door from the kitchen was also closed: the fog entered through the walls,
passed through the closed door and disappeared.
It was observed 1 time in the period 2013-2022.
Ghost 2

Instead of postcards, we (relatives to relatives) sent a postal translation: instead of a postcard: a cake from a pastry shop.
Which, you will agree, is also a good gift: edible and delicious.

Странный факт:
Еще хуже: 2021-1986=35 лет назад
погибло много свидетелей (мальчиков примерно 9-10-11 лет),
у которых была такая короткая жизнь, что свидетели НЛО в Воронеже в 1986, пардон, в 1989
году, задают вопросы относительно этого случая.
Нам нужно осознать это, чтобы выработать рекомендации по технике безопасности
- Как вести себя более безопасно в случаях,
когда кто-то думает, что наблюдает НЛО?
- Позвать других, чтобы было как можно больше свидетелей?
- Идти своим путем, куда шли, сохраняя молчание?
- Позвонить в полицию и написать заявление
(поэтому указать свои контактные данные, имена для официального архива)?
- Можно ли смотреть на НЛО? или это опасно смотреть на НЛО?
- Смотреть или не смотреть на небо, звезды, Луну, избегать или не избегать любой возможности стать свидетелем появления НЛО?
- Безопасно ли для человека быть свидетелем НЛО?
- Надо ли хранить в тайне или не надо хранить в тайне, если стали свидетелем НЛО?
- Можно ли фоткать и снимать НЛО? или это слишком опасно фоткать НЛО?
- Можно ли вступать в контакт с инопланетянами или это опасно, в контакты вступать нельзя?
- Как вести себя при встрече с НЛО?
- Что такое "НЛО", просто летающий аппарат или "неопозанное" или ещё и "живое"?
- Может ли НЛО принимать форму и внешний вид человека?
- Бывают ли НЛО по форму и внешний вид Человека?
- Опасно ли для свидетелей НЛО общение с сотрудниками спецслужб, не будет ли повреждёний или убийств свидетелей НЛО?
- Какая оптимизация безопасного поведения при встречах с НЛО?
- Причины, по которым погибли свидетели НЛО?
- Были ли это действия НЛО по уничтожению свидетелей НЛО?
- Радиактивны ли НЛО?
- Проводила ли официальная служба безопасности какие-либо опыты над свидетелями-людьми ("введение правды, чтобы убедиться, что никто не лжет"), что привело к сокращению жизни свидетелей (в данном случае: детей, школьников)?
- Был ли стресс причиной травмы?
- Могли ли какие-то физические особенности (излучение или тип какого-то излучения) привести к тому, что тела детей свидетелей НЛО повредили здоровью, и поэтому все они в основном умерли после этого?
- Были ли у некоторых "Звезд знаменитостей" разрушены судьбы и жизни из-за давления внимания?
Некоторые умерли, употребляя наркотики, но наркотики не были в свободной продаже в СССР, как что-то необычное для СССР.
У детей 7-8-9-10-11 лет фантазии могут быть "важными моментами", чтобы лгать, так как у многих детей в этом возрасте была распространенная проблема детских фантазий (в данном случае НЛО 1986 . НЛО 1989 года года не было в Воронеже с 23 по 29 сентября 1989 года, так как детские фантазии лгут (никаких физических свидетельств присутствия НЛО не было, никаких следов не было, но какое-то дополнительное излучение (хотя это могли быть местные экологические проблемы, не имеющие никакого отношения к проблеме излучения НЛО).
Чтобы провести собственное исследование персонала, я решила использовать свое собственное экспериментальное исследование, сочетающее математику нумерологии, для создания тончайших тел Мандалы и мою технику декодирования букв алфавита в 22 цикла: Воронеж в России: на русском алфавите/
Но я не собиралась этого делать.

Для исследования феномена была создана специальная комиссия, возглавил которую доцент ВГУ Игорь Суровцев. К работе привлекли криминалистов, медиков, специалистов по ядерной физике, химии, биологии... Были получены данные радиолокационных станций, взяты пробы грунта, листвы, травы, примятой в месте предполагаемой посадки НЛО. Но через два месяца Игорь Суровцев вынес вердикт: никому из экспертов не удалось зафиксировать каких-либо аномалий. В парке был лишь чуть увеличен уровень загрязнения радиоизотопами, но не будем забывать, что дело происходит на Машмете. Да и после чернобыльской аварии прошло всего три года.

Сейчас уже непросто найти свидетелей, которые готовы подтвердить, что в 1989-м видели инопланетян.
Один из них, Алексей Панин, признается, что воспоминания о тех событиях не так отчетливы.

Александр Мосолов уверен, что аномальные явления в парке в ту осень все-таки происходили, хотя не отрицает, что были и лжесвидетельства, которые искажали картину до неузнаваемости. Александр долго может рассказывать о небывалой активности НЛО в Воронеже с осени 1989-го до весны 1990-го. Природу этих явлений, по словам уфолога, нам понять не под силу. Было это вмешательством внеземных цивилизаций или проявлениями жизни параллельных миров? Но уфолог убежден, что активность братьев по разуму была связана в те месяцы с предотвращением возможной катастрофы на Нововоронежской АЭС, которая находится всего в 30 км от Воронежа (кстати, не для того ли в Нововоронеж была послана и скульптура Аленки, наделавшая столько шума в соцсетях?).
«Комсомолка» нашла также тех, кто скептически оценивал истории об инопланетянах уже тогда, в 1989-м. Воронежец Сергей Горбачев в 1980-е учился в школе № 33 рядом с Козлиным парком. В его классе было несколько ребят, которые охотно раздавали интервью о своих встречах с пришельцами.
- Честно, я не верил в их рассказы, хотя даже наш участковый утверждал, что видел какой-то летящий шар, - рассказал «Комсомолке» Сергей. - Но сам я как-то не интересовался теми событиями. Хотя весь район на ушах стоял, иностранные корреспонденты приезжали, фильмы снимали, детям сувениры раздавали - жвачки, ручки. А вообще район наш «веселым» был. И мало кто из тех ребят сейчас жив: кто-то от наркотиков погиб, кто-то от поножовщины. Я, к счастью, давно из этого района уехал, и больше меня туда совсем не тянет...
