Вопросы о странных агентах.

Интересна практика, когда приходящая в результате выборов партия объявляет первым делом оппозицию иностранными агентами. Лишая, таким образом, её права быть оппозицией и бороться за власть. Всё для того, чтобы властвовать бессменно.
Ох уж эти странные агенты иностранные! «ИА» — что-то ослиное слышится. Царство-государство обвиняет их, что они не исполняют обязанности иностранных агентов, и за это сажает, а должно бы радоваться. Принуждение к исполнению обязанностей иностранного агента. И эти агенты вместо того, чтобы написать заявление, мол, в связи с тем, что я отказываюсь выполнять обязанности иностранного агента, прошу настоятельно ваше сиятельство исключить меня из списка таковых, уезжают из юрисдикции этого ненормального государства. 
  Интересна практика объявления критиков власти иноагентами. Тут и артисты, и журналисты, давно живущие за границей, но не переставшие быть крепостными так называемого государства. Представьте, вас объявили фальшивомонетчиком и вы должны теперь кругом указывать, что в фальшивомонетчик и исполнять обязанности фальшивомонетчика, то есть печатать фальшивые банкноты. Но вы не хотите печатать фальшивые деньги, да и никогда этим не занимались. Что вам делать? Ведь вам за отказ исполнять обязанности фальшивомонетчика грозит уголовное наказание. Учиться печатать фальшивые банкноты?

Представьте себе, какой-то человек, который себя не признаёт иностранным агентом, потому что таковым не является, называется властью иноагентом. Какого государства? На каком основании? Не нравится его мировоззрение, политические взгляды, критика власти? Это может быть основанием дискриминации в нормальном европейском государстве? Или Россию власти прописали уже в Африке рядом с очень дружественными Нигерией, ЮАР, Суданом? И почему развитые и обеспечивающие своим гражданам достойную жизнь все как на подбор недружественные? И почему с недружественными странами ведётся торговля нефтью и газом? Кстати, почему они вдруг превратились из партнёров в недружественные? Не потому ли, что мы отказались признавать международное право и территориальную целостность других европейских государств?
Деньги получал от врагов? Кто враги? Где, в каком законе, в каком государственном документе даётся определение «врагов»? Личные враги фюрера или просто враги какого-нибудь находящегося при власти или пользующегося ей в своих интересах негодяя — это те, кто ему насолили или показались недружественными, предали данные ему без принуждения и насилия слово или клятву? Или перестали скидываться на подарки по поводам и без поводов?
Враги — государство, с которым страна ведёт войну. С кем мы воюем? С Западом? Когда мы объявили им войну или они объявили войну нам? Даже с Украиной войны нет. Не объявляли её. Без объявления войны, как Гитлер? Кто враги? Что это за вражеские агенты? Как Ленин, изменник царской родины, получал деньги от врагов — страны, находящейся в состоянии войны с Родиной? Он враг? Тогда почему столько памятников ему в  России? Мы находимся в состоянии войны с кем? Тогда на каких врагов работают честные люди (по презумпции невиновности граждан)?
Какой суд выносит решение о признании гражданина иностранным агентом? Что там за процедура? Что за доказательства? Суд ли это или заказное судилище? Чем руководствуется прокуратура, выдвигая обвинение в иноагенстве? Вот этим?
«Злостное уклонение» от включения в реестр или непредоставление отчетов о деятельности может грозить до пяти лет лишения свободы.
«Получить статус иноагента можно и без иностранного финансирования или тех или иных видов помощи, а, например, в результате «воздействия» иностранного источника. За что именно получали деньги? От кого именно? За гонорары? А они сами гонорары не получали, потому что денег не считают. Ведь в иностранные газеты писали? Находятся на содержании у своих хозяев? Их хозяевами должны быть исключительно московские господа? Эти люди, достаточно смелые, чтобы защищать свои взгляды, которые сложились у них в результате тех изменений, которые произошли в нашей стране с 1989 по 1991 г., могут и не иметь хозяев. 

Под иностранным влиянием подразумевается предоставление лицу поддержки иностранным источником (например, иностранным государством, его органами власти, международными организациями), а также оказание воздействия на это лицо, «в том числе путем принуждения, убеждения или иными способами. Иными способами — как раз то, что надо. Просто их убедили иметь своё мнение иными способами. Иными, и всё тут. Что привязались? Видимо, путём убеждения в идеалах свободы, демократии и либерализма, просвещения и атеизма, здравого смысла и логики, сменяемости власти, представительства в парламенте и ответственности власти за реальный физический, моральный и репутационный ущерб гражданам и всему населению страны в целом, в обязательности независимости гражданского общества в виде самоуправления, адекватно финансируемого из налогов, суда и свободы гражданской дискуссии, плюрализма мнений и свободы от цензуры и от влияния власти и зависимости от неё, в идеалах правового государства, независимого справедливого суда и разделения властей? Это уже впадение в маразм, архаику и бегство в XVII век, в тёмные века и средневековье. Все двухвековые усилия интеллигенции, просвещенцев, реформаторов, проводников современной цивилизации выбрасываются на свалку истории, а сама страна оказывается на обочине мирового развития благодаря сошедшей с ума правящей малине. Благодаря этому сумасшествию, распространяемому на население через тотальную пропаганду, стране придётся расплачиваться десятками триллионов долларов, которые должны были достаться простым людям и на развитие страны, миллионами жизней пусть и тупых и оболваненных гоминид, скорее, чем людей разумных, разрушениями и деградацией, страданиями невинных и в принципе способных быть людьми индивидуумов.
Обставляя свои действия патриотической демагогией, власть совершила государственный переворот по сравнению с теми обещаниями, которые она давала первоначально, превращение государства в мафиозную банду. Чем она обосновала отмену прав граждан, включая свободу слова (лишение права на своё мнение), отмену объединений, собраний, профсоюзов и т.д., разделив народ на «наших» и «не наших», на своих, (патриотов), и иностранных агентов (врагов), превращённых в уголовных преступников? Традиционными ценностями варварства и мракобесия, невежества и веры в любой бред и домыслы, бесправия и скотской соборности? Вечным желанием Запада, вопреки фактам, развалить, уничтожить и поработить нашу страну. Подлётным временем? Так теперь оно не имеет значения.
  Почему в стране свободно пропагандируются все идеологии от мракобесия и псевдохристианства - извращённой греческой  монотеистическо-политеистической веры, мистики, веры в шаманов, экстрасенсов, имперство, коммуно-мошеннической и коммуно-палаческой идеологии, дзержинщины, похабщины, матерщины и монархизма, фашистских крестных ходов, до прочих девиаций мыслительной деятельности, и только либерализм - самая прогрессивная и эффективная идеология цивилизации, позволяющая быстро развивать новейшие технологии, экономику и все стороны жизни - запрещён и объявлен иноагенством, враждебной, вражеской подрывной деятельностью?
Шайка, называющая в данный момент себя государством, не представляет доказательств завербованности иностранным государством в качестве агента, а именно, объявляет непонравившегося оппонента врагом народа или слугой дьявола - это неправовое действие, то есть государственное преступление, преступление государства против гражданина.
Что такое миндальничанье? Несоблюдение самими же своего неправового закона? Ну, конечно, же, закон же - дышло. Можно ужесточить, можно сделать вид, что ничего и не было. Ну, как они любят.Что значит, сделать прозрачной их деятельность? Раскрыть персональные данные, то есть нарушить закон?
Им запретят организовывать публичные мероприятия (митинги, шествия, пикеты); вести преподавательскую, просветительскую, воспитательную деятельность для несовершеннолетних; производить для них информационную продукцию и получать государственную финансовую поддержку. А разве им, не имеющим хозяев в государственных структурах, сейчас это всё разрешено? Или это, как бы, приведение неправовых практик в правовое поле, поспевание законодательства, часто и задним  числом, за быстро меняющейся жизнью?





Questions about strange agents.

 The practice of declaring government critics as foreign agents is interesting. There are artists and journalists who have long lived abroad, but have not ceased to be serfs of the so-called state. Imagine if you were declared a forger, and now you have to point out that you are a forger, and perform the duties of a forger, that is, print counterfeit banknotes. But you don't want to print fake money, and you've never done it before. What do you have to do? After all, you face criminal penalties for refusing to perform the duties of a counterfeiter.  Learn to print counterfeit banknotes?

 Imagine that a person who does not recognize himself as a foreign agent, because he is not one, is called a foreign agent by the authorities. Of which state? On what grounds? Don't you like his worldview, political views, criticism of the authorities? Can this be grounds for discrimination in a normal European state? Or have the authorities already registered Russia in Africa next to very friendly Nigeria, South Africa, and Sudan? And why are developed countries that provide their citizens with a decent life all unfriendly? And why is oil and gas trading conducted with unfriendly countries? By the way, why did they suddenly turn from partners to unfriendly? Is it because you refused to recognize international law and the territorial integrity of other European states?
   Did you get money from your enemies? Who are the enemies? Where, under what law, in what state document is the definition of "enemies"given? Personal enemies of the Fuhrer, or simply the enemies of some scoundrel who is in power or uses it for his own interests-are those who have annoyed or seemed unfriendly to him, betrayed the word or oath given to him without coercion or violence? Or have you stopped throwing away gifts on occasion and without reason?
Enemies - the state with which the country is at war. Who are we fighting? With the West?  When did we declare war on them or did they declare war on us? Even with Ukraine, there is no war. We didn't announce it. Without declaring war like Hitler? Who are the enemies? What are these enemy agents? How did Lenin, a traitor to the tsarist homeland, receive money from the enemies of Russia-a country at war with the Motherland? Is he an enemy? Then why are there so many monuments to him in Russia? We are at war... with whom? Then what kind of enemies do honest people work for (on the presumption of innocence of citizens)?
What court makes a decision on recognizing a citizen as a foreign agent? What is the procedure? What's the evidence? Is it a court or a custom court? What is the prosecutor's office's guidance when making charges of foreign agency?  This one?
"...malicious evasion" from inclusion in the register or failure to submit reports on activities can lead to up to five years in prison.

These people, who are brave enough to defend their views, which they have developed as a result of the changes that took place in our country from 1989 to 1991, may not have masters. 

 Foreign influence refers to providing a person with support from a foreign source(for example, a foreign state, its authorities, international organizations), as well as influencing this person, "including through coercion, persuasion or other means."  In other ways - just what you need. They were simply persuaded to have an opinion in other ways." Well, that's it. What did you get attached to? Apparently, by convincing them of the ideals of freedom, democracy and liberalism, enlightenment and atheism, common sense and logic, the changeability of power, representation in parliament and the responsibility of the authorities for real physical, moral and reputational damage to citizens and the entire population of the country as a whole, in the mandatory independence of civil society in the form of self-government adequately financed from taxes, freedom of civil discussion, pluralism of opinion and freedom from censorship and from the influence of and dependence on the authorities, in the ideals of a State governed by the rule of law, an independent and fair court and the separation of powers? This is already a lapse into insanity, archaism and flight to the XVII century, in the dark ages and the Middle Ages. All the two-century efforts of the intelligentsia, enlighteners, reformers, and leaders of modern civilization are thrown into the dustbin of history, and the country itself finds itself on the sidelines of world development thanks to the mad ruling 'malina'. Thanks to this madness, spread to the population through total propaganda, the country will have to pay tens of trillions of dollars that were supposed to go to ordinary people and for the development of the country, millions of lives of if even stupid hominids, rather than intelligent people, destruction and degradation, the suffering of the innocent and, in principle, capable of being human individuals.
    By framing their actions with patriotic demagoguery, the authorities have made a coup d'etat in comparison with the promises they made initially, the transformation of the state into a mafia gang? How did it justify the abolition of citizens ' rights, including freedom of speech (deprivation of the right to express one's opinion), the abolition of associations, assemblies, trade unions, etc., dividing the people into "ours" and "not ours", their own, (patriots), and foreign agents(enemies) turned into criminals? Traditional values of barbarism and obscurantism, ignorance and belief in all sorts of nonsense and speculation, disenfranchisement and bestial conciliarity? The eternal desire of the West, contrary to the facts, to destroy and enslave our country. So now it doesn't matter.
  Why are all ideologies freely propagated in the country from obscurantism and pseudo-Christianity-a perverted Greek monotheistic-polytheistic faith, mysticism, faith in shamans, psychics, imperialism, communo-fraudulent and communo-executioner ideology, Dzerzhskyism, obscenity and monarchism, fascist religious processions, to other deviations of mental activity, and only liberalism - the most progressive and effective ideology of civilization, which allows for the rapid development of the latest technologies, economy and all aspects of life-is prohibited and declared a foreign agency, hostile, subversive activity?
A gang that currently calls itself a state does not provide evidence of being recruited by a foreign state as an agent, namely, it declares an opponent who does not like it to be an enemy of the people or a servant of the devil - this is an illegal action, that is, a state crime, a crime of the state against a citizen.
They  speak of the need to stop pandering. What is pandering? Non-compliance with their own illegal law? Well, of course, every law has a loophole. You can toughen it up, you can pretend that nothing ever happened. Well, as they like. What does it mean "to make their activities transparent"? They will be banned from organizing public events(rallies, marches, pickets); conducting teaching,  educational activities for minors; producing information products for them and receiving state financial support. But are they allowed to do all this now, since they have no owners in state structures? Or is it, as it were, bringing illegal practices into the legal field, brushing up the legislation, often in hindsight, in conformity with rapidly changing life?
