Something bitter’s kept you behind
I swear, it must have been your mind
Trust in the truth that ya’ll never be alone
Keep trusting in the good gifted by love
Things have been turning, twisting and so
Eating at your will every day that’s been gone
Yet, in the midst of the chaos and pain
Stand firm in the truth there is no-one to blame
Hour by hour have been drawing on skin
Those wrinkles on wrists and on soul every sin
Still, stick to the memories and the call thereof
Your abandoned salvation you used to name love
