All as it always is, all as before,
Nothing will change, nowhere and never.
You see yourself there, in others' own frame,
They, just like you, they make the same error.
I see how I once had those very same thoughts,
I see how they answered in kind, just like mine,
I see how they take all the same kind of actions,
I see when they say “yes” or maybe “decline.”
And I know, each one, must pass through this fate,
Most will endure it, though hope's light may waver.
And all as it always is, all as before,
Nothing will change, nowhere and never.
