I’m the product of my actions
Any tension I create
Seems to trigger the reaction
Full of anger, rage and hate
I would never be intended
For the all of the above
Man, I wish that I could end it
To establish peace and love
I must do this! I am on it!
Every time it gets too hot
I just want to use that moment
To make peace right on the spot
Which is frankly not quite easy
For my agitated heart
With so many hands to squeeze it
Any heart can fall apart
Nothing works when hearts are broken
Some things are beyond repair
As some words that we have spoken
Need more tenderness and care
To prevent this kind of drama
We must learn how to unwind
And instead of causing trauma
Let us find some peace of mind
Peace of mind
