One story of King David

I want to tell you a story.

This happened when I was still a teenager.

When I looked at this world through the eyes of a child.

When I had a child's faith.

And a child's faith can perform great miracles.
It seems to me that childhood and adolescence are the most interesting time of life.But when you are young you don’t realize this.Lately Every day I remember my childhood.Everything that happened at that time seems so important to me.Childhood is the time when you find faith and accept it.

You must enter adult life with a hot heart of faith.
Then you will be able to resist, and also to help others.

Then everything will definitely work out.
Circumstances are in favor of the person who has faith.
He who believes is always calm.
Because he knows that everything will be as it should be!
Everything will be wonderful!
Faith will arrange everything and create everything.

And your faith will lead you to your victories.And one day your faith will even open the gates of the city.
So that you can enter there and proclaim in its square the power of faith.And you will tell how you kept the faith.

How you went against the fears and doubts.

You will say how you overcame obstacles and trials.

And therefore faith will save you.
Faith will become your destiny.
Faith will become the meaning and joy of your life.

I grew up in a big family.

My father had eight children and I was the youngest.

You Know when a family is large, that family has many blessings.

And I will tell you about one special blessing now.
One day our people fought against the Philistines.

And three of my brothers were called up for war.
My father sent me to visit my brothers in the military camp to bring them food.
And so I came to them to also see what was happening there.
At that time there was a calm on the battlefield.
Our army and the army of the Philistines stood opposite each other.

No one dared to attack.And so a very tall Philistine named Goliath came to the center and shouted bad words in our direction.

He insulted the army of God with his words.

I saw that none of our people dared to go out to fight him.There were many strong and worthy warriors in our army, but no one came out to meet Goliath.I dare say God had to use the small and weak, when the healthy and strong dozed off.

I told King Saul who was at the head of our army : I will go out and fight with Goliath.

Saul, of course, began to dissuade me because I was still just a boy.
But I was persistent.
And the confidence in my voice convinced him.
Then he put armor and weapons on me and allowed me to go out and fight Goliath.But it turned out to be so heavy that I couldn’t take a single step in this military uniform.I said take it off me.I took five stones from the stream, my sling and my staff.

And I went out to meet Goliath.Goliath looked at me with contempt. He was obviously disappointed that he would have to fight with a teenager.Moreover with an unarmed teenager."Like to a dog you came at me with a stick" - Goliath shouted with contempt in my direction.The noise among the warriors on both sides had subsided.
Everyone was waiting for the brutal massacre of the strong over the weak.The outsider must be beaten.Because there is a favorite in the arena.But everything is not so simple in this life.

Not everything is as predictable as it seems.Yes, I was inferior to this giant named Goliath.
In addition, he was in military uniform.His armor and shields protected his entire body.There was only one unprotected place-his forehead.
The likelihood that enemy weapons could get there was very low.He felt protected and continued to revile Gods people.He's got everything covered.

He is fully insured.
Nothing should have happened to him, in his opinion.He had everything he needed for protection.Therefore, he decided to challenge Gods army..Why does a person blaspheme?
It seems to him that going against God and his army he will become a great hero.But going against God abd his people, a person does not become a hero.
Going against God and his people, a person comes to his shame.Because suddenly an arrow or a stone flies into the weakest unprotected place.And the man falls in full view of everyone.And no one expresses sympathy for him.Because he has encroached on the most sacred.
Goliath's spirit was weak.
I immediately felt it.
He couldn't even look me in the eye.Maybe he felt that there was an inner strength in me that he lacked.

I'm talking about the inner strength that faith in God gives.And when he saw that I was stronger in spirit, it angered him even more.He rushed at me to deal not only with me, but also with the power of God that dwelt in me.He wanted to destroy the power of God with his brass weapon.But it is impossible to deal with God's power.

And whoever goes against God's power will sooner or later be crushed.

When I went out at him with a sling and a staff, I trusted in the Lord.
I knew that God would definitely come up with something for me.Because when you go against obstacles or enemies for God's sake, God will control you.“The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

For by you I can run against a troop,

and by my God I can leap over a wall.

This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true;  
  
He is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.

The God who equipped me with strength and made my way blameless. 

He made my feet like the feet of a deer 

and set me secure on the heights.

He trains my hands for war,

so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

You have given me the shield of your salvation,

and your right hand supported me,

and your gentleness made me great.

You gave a wide place for my steps

under me, and my feet did not slip.”Yes God will come up with something incredible.
And He will do something that no one would believe.Because you went up to the fight and said, "I'll go ahead.

Let there be few chances and victory seems so far away.
But I will get up and meet these obstacles.

I will accept this battle

and the understanding that God is on my side will give me tremendous strength.I put a stone in the sling, spun it and aimed at the only unprotected place on Goliath's body,

 and I put all my strength into this throw.After all, I was a shepherd and I always had a sling with me.When a sheep strays from the flock or goes where it is not necessary,

I put the stone in the sling, spun it and pointed it at the lost sheep.
When a stone hit her in the side, she returned to the right path.
Now I had to reason with another sheep named Goliath in this way.But my warning with the flight of a stone no longer left Goliath a chance to correct himself.And it remained only to put an end to his earthly epic.He has probably already exhausted all his chances and warnings.After all, once they end and it's time to pass sentence.I was just an instrument in the hands of God.

The same tool as the sling was in my hand.
And so I threw this stone.
And he flew like an arrow to the bull's-eye.

The stone hit exactly the place that was vulnerable.
A sharp stone just pierced Goliath's forehead.
And Goliath fell.
It was his death.Therefore, his forehead was pierced by a stone.
I went up to him and took the sword from his already dead hands.And I cut off his head.
And that head that spewed abuse and curses at God was in my hand. IThat's what happened to that unsurpassed warrior that everyone was so afraid of.This was the beginning of our victory, which we won that day in battle.And people have been reminding me of this all my life.And indeed, this is a very significant event,

because one young man with a strong faith crushed a warrior

and inspired his army to fight and win.And perhaps this story will go down in the annals,

and it will be talked about many generations later.And probably someone will doubt this and say that it was impossible to hit the forehead so accurately.But I assure you that if you go forward in the name of the Lord
HE will do such miracles that it will be remembered for a long time
and even create performances in honor of these events millennia later.King Saul was hurt by this event, because the people sang of this victory.

People said, "Saul defeated thousands and David tens of thousands."Since then, King Saul disliked me, and later began to persecute me.
Someone's victory or success stings someone's eye.Sincere people will be happy for you.
And the envious ones, on the contrary, will be angry at you.


Children who have faith are the army of God.

Because a child's faith performs miracles.

And the children of this city so need our help to preserve and strengthen their faith.

Children of this city.

They need care.
They want to be talked to.
They want to have a dialogue.
They want attention and love.
They want to have inspiring words spoken to them.They always need the loving arms of their mother

and reliable hands of their father.
And it is impossible to refuse them anything.

For their sake, we need to endure and humble ourselves.
Let them smile.
Let this city make them happy.
And we will do everything possible for this.

We will do everything for the children.
And if we understand that we have not given something,

then it is not too late to fill this gap.
The heart of a child is always very sensitive to our words.
And he will always remember what we say.

He will tell them about you.
