In the lunar twilight you leave.
Just a shadow of your former self.
As terrestrial rain pours through a sieve
Of heavens, go cross yourself.
There, where the moonlight’s disgusting
You will go to meet your new day.
Don’t you see it – your scheme’s been busted.
There’s nothing left – just a dream and a pray.
So, go, go – there is still some light,
Make another attempt to chase it
Take my word – I won’t save you from this plight
