In the darkness of the night,
A lonely demon takes to flight.
With empty eyes and heavy heart,
He wanders through the world apart.
No friends or loved ones by his side,
Only darkness for him to confide.
He's been alone for far too long,
The pain and sorrow just prolong.
His powers are great and his will strong,
But without someone to share it with, he's gone wrong.
He seeks a kindred soul to embrace,
And bring light to this darkened space.
Yet still he wanders, all alone,
Through caverns deep and mountains known.
With hope still burning, despite despair,
He seeks the one who'll always care.
So if you see him in the night,
Don't run away in fear or fright.
The lonely demon seeks a friend,
And maybe you can be that end.
