A Southern Cross
On both of us,
We stay in different
Hemispheres,
And your look and touch are so far
From mine.
I know you feel sad,
But your melancholy
Has a taste of salty oceanic water,
And you dance,
You keep dancing
During a carnival.
The water sways
To the melody of falling stars,
And only the Southern Cross
Remembers the messages
We exchange.
