There's nobody near me,
I tried as hard as I could,
But it was all in vain.
Lies and betrayal
Can't be tolerated,
Although I did feel so good,
I won't come back again.
Dreams lead to deception,
That's all I got here.
Redirect my attention,
Forget pain and fear.
Prepare to face trials,
Those which lie ahead.
There can be no denial
That now love is dead.
Truth is bitter but it's better,
Than the sweet comforting lies.
What was wrong, now doesn't matter,
If you help me do things right.
