1. Циалковскому:  исследовать новые принципы перемещения в пространстве: ракеты: не дала. Энтузист строил на свои. Звание АКАДЕМИК? Дала? Нет? Определить место нахождения "Храм Науки" как "Академия Наук"? Там? Не там?

2. Шлиман, открыл Трою, выкопал Золото Шлимана: просил денег и помощь у Академии Наук Российской Империи: отказали: чущь бред, мы тут АКАДЕМИКИ, нам НЕКОГДА глупостями вашими заниматся.  Потом, они же ругали Шлимана: Варвар! он откопал Трою не по правилам снимать слои культурного слоя! (А почему не дали в помощь специалиста помочь правильно снимать слои культурного слоя? просил же? говоря: нашёл Трою?")

Т.е. не надо считать что Академия Наук это некий Храм Науки: там жвые люди со своим живых людей.

Просто печально. Печально. Когда Академия Наук могла бы доказать, бюджет ей выделяют и специалисты есть. А находки то вне поля Академии Наук были, что "прорыв", "ПРОРЫВ" в новые знания.

Похоже, в Академии Наук совсем не хотели прорыва в новые знания? КАк это было просто неинтересно совсем Академикам?

И в итоге Шлиман откапывал Трою и золото Трои, мешая культурные слои, необученный правильно проводить археологические исследования.

Циолковский открывает новый принцип перемещения: ракеты и строит модель много-ступенчатой ракеты. Да кто он там был? Академик Академии Наук? Нет. Простой учитель0энтузиаст. И Академий не кончал, построить НОВОЕ и дать ПРОРЫВ,

Ракеты "Катюша" по принципу Циалковского помогли СССР Росси выйграть войну с Германией, с Гитлером.

Ракеты полетели на орбиты и люди узнали новое слово "Невесомость" ,
что дополнило науку физику Ньютона.

Ньютон тоже Ньютоном бы не стал. НО Ньютону было любопытно многое и этот мир. И Ньютон стал знаменитым Ньютоном.



Бюрократия чиновников государства старательно вымывает дееспособность чтото делать, творить, созидать.

Люди такого плана и успеха "Народные Академики", - Академий не кончали, а СМОГЛИ, сделать ПРОРЫВ и НОВОЕ дать.

Т.е. среди нас (жителей планета Земля)

кого путешественники по времени или  инопланетяне или с других пространств
посещали,

и те,  кого не посещали.

Но почему то рассказы вот Циалковского сохранили рассказ,
Только потому: получил признание открытие принципов ракетостроения
за которым и ракеты "Катюша",  - помогли выйграть войну с Гитлером.

А расскажи Циолковский кому "его посещали путешественики по времени"? "инопланетяне"?

Ему бы даже и современная психиатрия дала бы диагноз "шизофреник! шизофрения!", далее бы принудительно лечили бы? "Чтобы был как все кругом? "Нормальный"?  Он бы уже ничего не открыл? А потому и ракет "Катюша" в СССР не было бы? И Полёта спутников и Гагарина и открытие невесомости?

"Невесомость" звучит ЕЩЁ БРЕДОВЕЕ  для нормального здравомыслящего врача, 19 века, измеряющий на весах вес своих пациентов?    Или покупающего кусок мяса в лавке мясника по весу и по сорту? ?

Если бы Академия Наук Российской Империи дала бы денежную помощь Циолкоскому, как то он просил:  ракеты "Катюша"  были бы введены в военное производство защиты страны СССР быстрее.

Отчего, любого "хаяльщика" пишущего новое непонятное, надо обязательно просматривать "вероятный разведчик шпион, цель остановить развитие науки знаний".   См Штирлиц? Обвинивший физика ядерщика "Еврей!" и закрывший по фильму "17 Мгновений Весны"  ПРОРЫВ  направления развития ядерной бомбы?

Так и в Российской Академии Наук сидели иностранные шпионы? Они отказали Шлиману в гранте помощи персоналом копать Трою. Они отказали Циалковскому в гранте развития ракетостроения.  Но ресурсы информации у посетивших Циалковского?  Путешественники по времени? Инопланетяне? Разведчики некой цивилизаии-то и просто иностранные разведчики шпионы?

В принципе, у Циолковского описывается "одержимость идеями", "трата заработка не на цель накормить его детей и жену", - "на развитие нового -полёты".  Чуть иначе:  он был бы пациент психушки на уколах, забыть пагубную страсть увлечённости одержимости.  Т.е. это была бы как КАЗНЬ НАУКИ  и КАЗНЬ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВА и КАЗНБ БУДУЩЕГО ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВА.

Затем не было бы ракет "Катюша", с вероятностью проигранной войны:  Гитлер Германиия выйграли бы и ? конлагеря гетто уничтожения бы уничтожили бы население Европы и СССР и Англии?

И кто берёг сберёг Циолковского? А потому и будущее человечества?

Кто-то сберёг. Кто-то защитил. Его не тронули. "Путешественники по времени? что посещали его? по его словам? ??
