No. The hole rhyme is spoken by a boy. It's just a look as such.
Tidy means опрятный. It is not slang.
"Keep money in the head" is a метафора, a poetical expression. Just so.

Are there any people nowadays (especially young ones) who don't think about having money? Big money. That's what everyone young longs for. Isn't it so?

As for money, I believed, that spiritual people need not much money for living and shouldn't concentrate on this matter. It's not the main thing. And more than this, I thought money spoil people. Now I have another opinion. And I'm going to be rich ☺🌹🌸
