Ode on Truth

There is Truth that roams the Earth,
Truth that shows you what you're worth,
Truth that's blind to Lies' finesse
And all-seeing nonetheless.

Truth that weapons has galore,
Yet despises acts of war
Since it always aims at heart
Winning fights before they start.

Truth that Sun again shall rise
In the blackness of the skies.
Truth that rain shall cease to pour
For the rich and for the poor.

Truth that equals all and one:
King and servant, father, son.
Truth that's counted every bloom
That may ever grace your tomb.

Truth that diamonds finds in ore,
Whore in queen and queen in whore.
'Tis in might of one who sees
To turn saplings into trees.

Truth that treasures odds and ends,
Truth that hero never bends,
Truth that surges through your spine:
World is mortal and divine.

All can be, therefore it is—
Universe is state of bliss:
When the Truth is roaming free,
Even pain may sing to thee.

Truth that every choice you make,
Laugh you fake, and turn you take—
All your deeds are right and true
For the Truth resides in you.
