Every year Russia loses more than a hundred villages.
I saw it 53 years ago, driving through the same place twice, in two years.
The second time I see a plowed field instead of a village, and the ruins of several houses.
And another place, and another place with ruins.
And the soul caught fire, and there was no war here! And there is devastation...
Maybe now people will remember about their abandoned small homeland, about their wet-nurse land?
But I would like to see a strong and intelligent state, without the bourgeoisie, the owners of the land in Russia.
The bourgeoisie come and go to dust, but the land remains...
And do we have a strong and intelligent state?
