A penultimate pendulum

Cross all the borders between our souls,
For hours we've been growing, and grimming, and gimmicking to be old -
When our dreams shuffle,
By someone they are retold

Over and over again -
Let's try not to complain.
Our pain is immense
And it swirls in our hands.

How playful are you?
To every tune of yours I could dance
Like a weirdo, a voodoo
Romance of our translucent,
Hyperactive beings.

Do you believe in the sulkingly-glorious part of me?

You are incomplete,
With a fleet of steamy dreams you keep following me.

In distress you fade away.
Pefectly OK for both of us
Is to find excuses for our lust lists
Which fade away in a mist.

A mistress of yours (yet another one)
Is in the vicinity,
I won't let her ruin our affinity.

Use your real name to drop me a line.
Even holding your hand can make me tremble and burst into fire,
What a whimsical sort of desire!

Then I will use all my venomous strength
To let your fears disappear.

We have too much in common,
That's why I hold you dear
And I hope you let off a scent
Of heroic and cold dissent,
Of lavender and turmeric.

That's how I see your soul
When my mind is out of control.

Once again,
I put on a grey suit,
And a soothing air by the sea
Shakes these mouthwatering dreams off me.
