10.1. My Astral Diary

I took out my notebook, being deeply lost in thoughts.

“Is it worth writing some Epilogue in my astral diary? And, if it is, what way? In fact, I have already decided what to do at sunset to leave the Island. It may not work, but then I will return to my hut to delete the current version of the Epilogue and to write another one, and I will try again and again, rewriting potential exit options until one of them turns out to be the last and the only correct answer to the question, ‘How can one leave this Island forever?’ It might take me only a few minutes or a thousand years to write the Epilogue, however… if at least one of the souls, attracted to the light of the Wish Tree, but wishing to proceed further, like me, finds my diary in the Astral Library, and this story will be helpful, then I am writing now not in vain…”

I flipped through my notes to remember where I left off, and I continued like this…
