It looks a bit like an epigram to me, and the author appears to be excitingly productive and multi-faceted, outstanding at mastering several tasks at once.
The author's approach to artistic detail and poetic imagery is equally perfectionist and spontaneous, and this author is abundantly courageous and hard-working.
