Performance and cocktails

Graciously
Sipping
Golden
Ale,

Think of the silence
Around you.

You used to be a bridge,
You stay part of the game.

You keep building these bridges
Which are made of metal and glass
And have a touch of mystery,
A penchant for luxury.
If bridges could talk,
What would they say?

Disgracefully
Pouring
Tomato juice,
Someone recalls
The day of first communion
With fingers crossed,

As if the church was
One more playground,
One more battlefield.

In some churches
The spirit of Ada still lives,
The only dogmatic statement
Is the formula
Of intermittent
Belief
And deep
Self-exploration.

*In this verse the word 'performance' is used in relation to quartz mechanism productivity and the productivity of  global cosmic data research.

The overall air of the 30's luxury contains an allusion between the thinking patterns in 'Quiet Generation People' and 'the Alpha generation kids' who are yet to be recognized as independent thinkers in the future.
