Instead of pick your nose
every morning,
better, much better
with the same diligence
cultivate a habit
for meditation
and make gradual progress in this exercise
for the purpose of building
the vortex of creation
and igniting it wide and higher,
this tunnel, tornado, which pulling us
and attracting to the far future,
into a more perfect reality,
more better and wonderful world.
