they should be slapped on the buttocks,

and not let them become idle,

to communicate with dullards

Нерадивым ученицам,
пропускающим уроки,
нужно дать по ягодицам,
нужно быть предельно строгим

и не дать им распускаться,
не давать пустой поблажки
с бестолковыми общаться,
и позорить честь тельняшки.

Потому учитель верный
и учитель терпеливый
знает точно и наверно -
бьет за пропуски не хило:

ученица тонко плачет,
из кустов боясь подняться,
но учитель тем прекрасен,
что умеет дожидаться.
