One morning

One morning, beautiful and calm,
When children gather for their school,
Arose and left his own farm,
An angry man, but not a fool.

The anger grew and hatred grasped,
His mind, feelings, body, soul.
Entire person was engulfed,
What seemed to be a fire storm!

Then early morning in the school,
An outraged and angry man,
Committed murder …  then he took
His own life, - an ugly end…

What led him to horrific act?
An unforgiveness hard to bear!
Then hatred raged his human heart,
Because he lost, because he cared.

His own daughter died at birth,
And then he could not let her go!
In unforgiving heart of his
The Lord became his only foe.

Atrocious tragedy this is,
When unforgiveness rages heart,
The Scripture says to us: “Forgive!”
Then God will do the healing part.
