She
She hasn't witnessed the forbidden.
She doesn't know how much was given,
She saw a glimpse of light, but not what's written.
She doesn't know how many sacrifices taken,
She only knows what's destined.
She is one of a kind, nowhere to run away, nor be abandoned.
She scares to death with hypnotizing smile,
She doesn't fall for the desire.
She creeps deep into the heart like pyre,
She doesn't know... and yet she plays with fire.
My love, the is no room in me to lie nor to conspire.
But thought of loosing you is dire.
May there be a place for both of us in universe without shackles,
Somewhere away from earth and sky,
Somewhere deep down at heart that's tackled.
She doesn't know how much it baffles,
She'll learn in time to spread her wings until the noise is muffled.
Our little trip was meant to be a raffle,
For soul which wondered in forgotten castle.
He wished to love long time ago, long time before attraction,
For that she treated him like cattle.
He gives it all, no hesitation in reaction.
He gave it all away, only to face another battle.
He closed away,
He shut his door to save what's left from clashing metal.
He learned to walk alone and be away from distant talks and chatter.
He fell in love once more... Impossible to fathom.
He didn't ask for it, nor wanted to re-live the pain and shatter,
My love, to you I give my heart today,
Despite uncertainty and foggy dew.
Because to me you matter.
This story was alive long time before our fathers,
Does history repeat itself?
Or are we just a bunch of martyrs...
Did poets turn their muses into poems,
Before the ink has dried on chapters of the story?
To live a life without pride and glory,
By sipping poison, we numb the heart that's mourning.
Alone with God, my tears pouring,
To not be hurt again and find love by morning.
