По мне, в красе немного толка,
Хоть я здоровью цену знал.
Спокойный нрав и чувство долга
Чиновникам бы я отдал.
И не нужна мне куча денег,
О да, из перечня всего,
Хоть я совсем не шизофреник,
Не взял бы ничего.

Нет, дайте мне воображенье
Уменье ткать узор из слов,
Вплетая их в канву творенья
Средь ритмов птичьих голосов.
И страсть чтоб выразить при этом
Любовь, смысл жизни без прикрас:
Хочу я просто быть поэтом,
А прочее – для вас.
