It is such a shame to be yourself,
In world of mannequins and shadows.
And you’ll be blamed for all the bad,
Not only you, but all your egos.
It’s such a shame to be yourself,
In world of lust and shameful heroes.
Who’s hiding skeletons on shelves,
And spending time in front of mirrors.
It’s such a shame to be yourself
In world of masks and silly people.
It’s more important to be famed
For drinking shampaign with sleep pills.
I’m not shamed to be myself
In world where they saw the budgets.
Even this life’s like a carousel
I’ll never be a someone’s puppet.
It s such a shame to be yourself
