Good Omens. Series Review

   ‘Good Omens’ is a TV series that is made up of comprises of 6 episodes. It was directed by Douglas Mackinnon in 2019 and is based on a novel that was written by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman in 1990.The lead roles are played by David Tennant and Michael Sheen.

   An angel, whose name is Aziraphale and a demon, Crowley, want to stop the approaching Armageddon, because they like their lives on earth.

   The opening title sequence is really great with a wonderful musical accompaniment. This TV series brightly stands out from other series. It is hard to overlook it and it attracts attention. ‘Good Omens’ is unusual, with an entertaining atmosphere and a nonstandard approach to well-known topics, but in an unconventional way. Fans of Terry Pratchett’s and Neil Gaiman’s creativity will be happy to watch it, but it will be interesting for moviegoers who haven’t read a novel too.
