- Think about your audience and their expectations and needs

- Figure out what the purpose of your writing is going to be

- Obviously highlight the most powerful points that will be included in each paragraph

- Write in understandable language

- Make relevant examples

- Do proofread at every stage

- Make sure your writing grabs the attention of your target audience

- Provide your writing with visual information/materials if it is required and appropriate

- Be realistic, but at the same time to keep the tone positive where possible

- Choose a clear and relevant title that is able to convince your audience that your writing could be interesting for them

- Work out the structure and style

- Propose reasonable conclusions

- Contextualize

- Pay attention to whether you need to add some additional information or/and provide an explanation if necessary

- Plan whether the basis of your writing will be built on your personal experience or on other resources

- Collect more information if needed

- Try not to make it too repetitive

- Focus on the influence and perspective

- Get feedback from your audience

- Research your audience's opinions for your next text
