You hide your wings in front of strangers,
Cause they may hurt and they may burn.
This life is filled with lots of dangers,
This is the lesson you have learned.
You hide your words in front of people -
You think “to say” - to loose yourself.
You think your thoughts are of illegal -
You hide them deep on the last shelf.
You hide your smiles in front of mirrors,
Because you think that they might steal.
Your life, your happiness and heroes,
And life beneath is all for real.
You hide your soul in front of neighbors,
You think they’re jealous of what you’re.
They seem to be the liars and traitors,
They’ll steel your heart-as shining star.
