English's the language of colonists.
Spanish - of Conquistadors.
I don't adore English Language
And rudeness of spanish rojo.
Imposed on us at school,
So I had to study it,
And not to forget it - soon
Translated my poetry.
A wonder - Bilingual verse!
But to hear English longer
Than ten minutes - I can not:
colloquial speech is nauseous.
With English I fell in love -
of Great poet Joseph Brodsky,
And twists of his tongue so tough
I still love reading his poems.
But signboards in English tongue
When shown everywhere - annoy.
And pop songs of their swines
I didn’t hear and I won’t.
Just twenty two letters got,
It has fewer saint vibrations
And maybe their term is short,
Of Cruel civilizations.
