My imagination

Are you imagination,
A phantom, ghost or vision,
A sweet dream on the darkest days of mine?
Or my hallucination,
Delirium, delusion,
A wicked game of my demented mind?

You came all of a sudden
Into my life of boredom,
The brightest sunray in the deepest wood,
You've won my heart, no pardon.
My most essential burden,
You get me high, you make me feel so good.

I'm thirsty for your kisses,
I'm hungry for your touches,
I can't seem ever get enough of you.
The void inside me hisses,
And millions of vultures
Keep crouching over me to eat me through.

I'm praying for your mercy,
Like in the driest desert
I'm longing for oasis of your love.
I need to feel you closely,
I need your very presence,
I will until the fall of skies above.
