Avoiding or Solving your Problems
Nearly every problem solving process needs time, but unfortunately in modern life, people simply don’t have enough time, or at least they think that they don’t have enough of it.
If avoidance happens on an ongoing basis, it could eventually turn into a lifestyle. It may surprise you to hear, but I’ve met many people who have chosen to escape from one city to another or even from one country to another, only because of their emotional state. For example, stories such as breakups, failed careers, and bad memories about different places that relate to different situations and so on…
I agree that every person sometimes needs some kind of respite from their daily routine, but if this happens too often, that can’t be the right way to solve the problem, because you can’t escape your emotions and feelings. At some point, it would be more useful to just face them. Of course, that’s if we don’t want to be running from our problems our whole lives.
