All states and religions (and rules of life) are created in order to control you. Pointing to your nationality or faith is more convenient to manipulate you. To impose other people's goals and make them sacrifice their own good for them.
Understand that boundaries do not exist: they are only in your mind.
You are absolutely free, you just have to want.
Throw the TV in the trash, cross out unnecessary people from your life, pick up a cool musical selection for a good mood, start playing sports.
Change a bad partner, be in nature more often, communicate more with children: they have the unspoiled energy of primacy.
Do what you want, love whoever you want, without listening to someone else saying the opposite.
