In exile

Like a dutchess in exile,
I only see you for a while
To say hello and bid farewell,
My eyes will shout but lips won't tell.
A mystery of your light touch
Will throw my soul into a rush.
When ego burns and feelings split,
I have intentions to admit.
We break the rules, our routes are long,
In deep green woods we look for songs.
We dance, we waltz, we play, we pray -
your presence carries me away.
Your rhythm is a cold white sea,
Your thoughts are mesmerous and free,
Your smile is danger, lust and game,
My heart still bears your solemn name.
Like a dutchess in exile,
I only touch you for a while,
A carriage takes me far away
Where youth and vigor still will stay.
