Having a new child in the family is very exciting and life-changing experience. In the first days of child's birth we bond with the child and develop relationship. It is important to show a lot of love for the child since the beginning. In addition to love it is important to remember the main responsibilities a father has to fulfill before his child. The main functions of father can be summarized by three P's:
Protect
Provide
Prepare for life
Protect - from harm, danger. Father should always be looking for possible hazards that can harm the child and protect the child from them.
Provide - the necessities of life: food, shelter, clothing, toys, books, education fund.
Prepare for life - teaching, life lessons, culture, religion.
