How poetry is different from prose
Isn't easy to deduce in modern writings:
No rhymes, no rhythm, excessively verbose,
And sense is either missing or departing.
Some earlier relaxed rules of genre
And opened Pandora's box with flooders -
Artistic profanation had began,
And poetry abuse then reached its rudest.
How can I fit contemporary art?
I am a stranger, lacking sense of modern:
I want my poetry to have what I regard
As two most quintessential components.
There should be music blended with idea -
That is the real poetry's ideal.
