My faith is simple, as simple is my belief
In living plain, avoiding complications.
I pray one God, in happiness and grief,
Without sentimental exaltation.
I see that power in every little thing,
It penetrates the space and single moments,
It gives me proper strength and will to think
(Sometimes, it helps somebody fly to a comet.)
This faith unites for me the whole world
As an enormous dedicated vessel,
I see the true religious stronghold
In all religions where there is that blessing.
My faith is simple; I pray the only God
As the combining, unifying global node.
